NCPA Member Directory

Terms & Conditions of Use:
The Online Member Directory (Directory) is compiled and published by the North Carolina Psychiatric Association (NCPA) as a reference source of demographic and professional information on individual member psychiatrists. It is designated a service to and for personal, non-commercial and informational use only by its members.

Specifically, use of the Directory is subject to the following:

The Directory and/or any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, or for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of psychiatrists. The use of the Directory to establish independent data files or compendiums of statistical information is prohibited.

Although the NCPA undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in the Directory accurate, the information is not guaranteed and no responsibility is assumed for errors or omissions. The NCPA does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in the Directory.

Board certification and society membership information are provided by the members and are not continuously verified by NCPA. The areas of special interest and expertise are also self-reported. Although members are encouraged to view their database listing and to update it online, in no event shall the NCPA be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information.

Violations of any or all of these terms and conditions shall result in restrictions of membership and member access to including but not limited to, the Members-Only section of www.ncpsychiatry.org, the Directory, and/or other NCPA materials, print or electronic, or other benefits of membership.
