Resident/Fellow Symposium Poster Session 2026

The North Carolina Psychiatric Association (NCPA) will host a Poster Session on Friday, April 17 during the Resident Symposium & Career Expo in Charlotte, NC. There will be two categories: 1) Medical Students 2) Resident/Fellows. Abstract Submissions are due by February 27, 2026. 

1st Place Medical Student Prize - $100

1st Place Resident/Fellow Prize - $150

Fees and Expenses

Everyone chosen to present a Poster must complete a registration form, pay the appropriate fees associated with registration (Registration forthcoming), and complete a poster agreement form.

Equipment

Presenters must bring a pre-mounted 36" H x 48" W poster. Easels will be provided. (Print shops can mount posters to foam board, etc. for you.)

2025-2026 NCPA Executive Council

NCPA's leadership is elected by the membership each year. Terms generally run from May to April, annually and begin on the last day of the APA's Annual Meeting, when the national leadership is sworn in.
