Carolina Outreach Seeking General/Addictions Psychiatrist for Fayetteville and Wilson ACT Teams

Established mental health agency seeking a BC/BE part- or full-time general/addictions psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric support and treatment for adults with serious mental illness served by our Fayetteville and Wilson ACT teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, provision of direct psychiatric services; service coordination with multidisciplinary ACT team to monitor clinical status and response to treatment; crisis assessment and intervention; diagnostic assessment; symptom management; individual counseling/psychotherapy; and substance use treatment. Ideally, this psychiatrist would cover 2 days in Wilson and 2 days in Fayetteville, though we are open to a split. Benefits available for full-time work.
