2015 Resident Poster Session Submission Information
The North Carolina Psychiatric Association and the North Carolina Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry are pleased to announce the 2015 Poster Session to be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the NCPA/NCCCAP Annual Meeting & Scientific Session in Winston-Salem.
We invite you to submit abstracts and posters relevant to any aspect of adult or child/adolescent psychiatry including: clinical treatment, research, training, service delivery, administration, etc.
To encourage participation, The Psychiatric Foundation of NC and the NCCCAP will be providing four cash awards for posters submitted by residents.
The body of the abstract should be organized as follows:
Fees and Expenses
Everyone presenting a Poster or Abstract must complete a registration form and pay the appropriate fees associated with registration.
Displays 30"H x 42"W to be placed on an easel. The presenter must provide their own board with the poster already mounted (the poster must be able to stand on an easel; print shops can mount posters to foam board, etc. for you). An easel will be provided. Each board will be identified by a number assigned to the accepted poster.
