Haizlip, M.D. with the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the University of North Carolina and with Dorothea Dix Hospital. Dr. Haizlip is a past recipient of the American Psychiatric Association's Bruno Lima, M.D., Award for Excellence in Disaster Psychiatry.
