Join Give an Hour
www.giveanhour.org to provide free mental health counseling to service personnel, veterans, and their loved ones OR give a talk in the community to raise awareness about military mental health issues. Your time is appreciated!

If you live or work in Cumberland County, a new pilot “telehealth” program is available to provide secure, HIPAA-compliant video counseling from your home or office to military members, veterans, and families in your state.
